Barter 123 is a place to meet potential trading partners. You choose whether to trade and arrange the exchange directly with the other member.
Protect your information
- Use a general area in your public listing. Do not post your home address, phone number, passwords, or financial details.
- Be cautious with links, payment requests, and requests to move a conversation off site.
- Use a separate public email address if you choose to share one.
Make the exchange clear
- Agree on the exact items or services, condition, quantity, timing, pickup or delivery, and any costs before the trade.
- Inspect an item before handing over your side of the exchange.
- For in-person trades, meet in a well-lit public place and bring someone you trust when appropriate.
Listings that are not allowed
Listings must be lawful and accurately described. Barter 123 does not allow explosives or fireworks, weapons or ammunition, controlled substances, stolen or counterfeit goods, recalled products, or services that are illegal or unsafe. Do not list the existing fireworks shop products as barter offers.
Report a concern
If a listing seems fraudulent, unsafe, prohibited, or misleading, send us the listing link and a short explanation through the Contact Us page. Do not include passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information in a report.
What Barter 123 does: listings are reviewed before publication. Barter 123 does not inspect, certify, or guarantee listings, members, goods, services, or completed trades. Use your judgment and contact us if you need help with a listing.
